So I’ve recently hopped back on the yoga train and I am feeling fantastic.
For ages I had been putting it off, making mostly financial excuses (I can’t afford to pay for a class blah blah blah), but then I rediscovered this book in my bedroom and could no longer see any way around it.
Above is my current lazy yoga routine for when I want to stretch it out without putting too much effort in. Basically it’s a TV watching/study break routine, with no standing poses or anything too tricky. Great for beginners and lazy people like myself!
I might start putting up regular yoga routine/yoga related posts, if you guys are interested? I’m really just starting out, so it might be nice to map out this yoga journey with y’all. Is anyone else a beginner yogi?
